Ben Towell
Ben is a dynamic facilitator and educator with over 20 years of experience across the Education Sector and the NHS management, where he led initiatives focusing on Employee Health and Wellbeing. His approach is rooted in authenticity, modelling the values, attitudes, and behaviours he hopes to inspire in others.
With a background in professional acting, Ben brings creativity and adaptability to his work, using performance techniques to deliver memorable, impactful learning experiences. His workshops have been praised by OFSTED as a “pillar of strength” within the juvenile detention sector, particularly for his ability to tackle challenging topics head-on and engage even the most reluctant learners.
Ben’s flexible style and natural rapport-building skills allow him to connect quickly and meaningfully with diverse groups of young people. He is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where learners feel empowered to grow.
In addition to his role as Director of Talk the Talk Education, in 2024 Ben launched Ben Towell Consultancy Ltd www.bentowell.co.uk, helping organisations unlock the benefits of improved employee wellness. Ben works as an enabler with businesses across all industries to diagnose and assess the workforce wellbeing needs through strategy design and delivery of bespoke culture training programs.
Outside of work, Ben is a proud dad of two and lives by the mantra: “Culture is whatever comes out of your mouth.” His commitment to modelling positive behaviours makes him not just a facilitator, but a role model for learners and leaders alike.
