Rachel brings a whirlwind of energy, humour, and positivity to every room she enters. With an exceptional ability to connect with people, she is driven by a deep commitment to empower young people to become their best selves.

With over 20 years’ experience supporting young people across the NHS, charities, and community projects, Rachel is a highly respected educator specialising in Health and Wellbeing Education. Her particular passion lies in Relationships and Sex Education (RSE), where she works tirelessly to ensure that young people receive consistent, high-quality, and inclusive learning both in and beyond the classroom. She also champions open, honest conversations between parents and children about relationships and wellbeing.

A strong advocate for young people’s sexual health rights, Rachel is a regular expert contributor on local and national radio and television. Her media credits include BBC Breakfast (BBC One), Steph’s Packed Lunch (Channel 4), Woman’s Hour (BBC Radio 4), BBC Radio 5 Live, and BBC Radio Merseyside.

Rachel’s creativity shines through everything she does. She has successfully secured funding for numerous dynamic projects designed to improve young people’s health outcomes. Outside of her professional work, Rachel channels her creativity into writing and performing comedy and music.

Her unique blend of humour, heart, and expertise makes her a powerful advocate for young people and a trusted ally to the adults who support them.
